Your administration support team is here to help assist you as your business grows.  Our goal is to provide the service you need...when you need it. 
COMMUNICATION SUPPORT
When agent calls, faxes, mail and/or emails come into our corporate office, agent willl be notified via enail.  For all emergency correspondence, agent will be called or sent a text message.  Agent mail will be placed in Agent Business Center until picked up by the agent at their convenience.


AGENT BUSINESS CENTER
The Agent Business Center is an office set up at the corporate office for agent use.  Agents may use the office to meet with clients, access virtual office and/or manage their business as needed.  A desktop computer and/or laptop is available for agents.  Agents may also bring their laptop and connect to their virtual office using our Wi-Fi network.

The Agent Business Center is offered on a first-come-first-serve basis and agents should call ahead to reserve office or confirm availability.




CONFERENCE ROOM
OwnerLand Realty's conference room located in the corporate office suite is available and may be reserved by agents to conduct their business, meet with clients, hold closings, and/or seminars.  Conference room is offered on a first-come-first-serve basis and agents should call ahead to check availability.

Agents may also call the leasing office at 513-771-1212 to reserve any of the 3 conference rooms provided by CMC Office Center-Springdale.  Conference rooms are reserved by providing corporate office name (OwnerLand Realty,) building 230, and suite number 215.

Conference rooms at other CMC Office Centers (Beckett, Beechmont, Blue Ash, Mason and Turfway) are also available.  Some locations incur a small fee (ie. $15/4 hours.)  Agents should call each individual CMC Office Center Leasing Office to confirm fees and availability prior to scheduling appointments at these other CMC Office Center locations.




OPEN HOUSES
Need someone to host an Open House?
Agents start by emailing area OwnerLand agents (agents-cincinnati@ownerland.net) to find an agent to host an open house.  Agents may also call the corporate office to find out if an Agent-in-Training is available.
 

CALL-IN LEADS RE-DIRECT
Buyer calls into the corporate office from OwnerLand agent's listings will be re-directed to the listing agent by email.  Listing agent is required to respond to corporate office email within 24 hours of receipt accepting buyer lead.  If reply email is not received within 24 hours, agent forfeits buyer lead to corporate office.




REALTOR TOUR FOR YOUR SELLER
Local tri-state agents can tour your seller's property?
Agents fill out the tour form (Realtor Tour Form) and fax it to the number on the form before deadline.
